Terri L. Porsberg, Vice President/Certified Property Manager

Ms. Porsberg has over eighteen years of real estate experience in Texas and New Mexico. Terri’s portfolio has included over 500,000 square feet of office & medical space, along with 250,000 square feet of industrial-use space and the owner’s association for an industrial park. In addition, Ms. Porsberg has been directly involved, as project manager, in over $15,000,000 of capital projects. Ms. Porsberg is widely recognized as one of the top property managers in the El Paso market. Ms. Porsberg is involved with the local chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Managers and is a past President.
Carol Talamantes, Controller/Certified Public Accountant

Carol has spent 22 years in property management and financial accounting and currently supervises a staff of four accountants. She is responsible for general ledger accounting, accounts payable/accounts receivable, payroll and personnel, insurance, and submission of tax forms to governmental entities. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Accountants and the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants. Ms. Talamantes has been very involved in the implementation of a new state-of-the-art property management and accounting program called Yardi Commercial Voyager and continues to stay up to date on the latest innovations in property management software.
Chris Fisher, Graphics and Marketing Director

Chris has an Associate in Arts in Visual Communication and fifteen years experience with print and multimedia advertising. Chris assists the property managers and real estate brokers in presenting their properties in a professional manner to potential tenants both nationally and locally via the Internet, print and direct mailing campaigns.
Louie Govea, Chief Building Engineer
An employee since 1987, Louie has 20 years’ experience with Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning, as well as, plumbing and electrical fields. He manages the maintenance department and is responsible for insuring safety procedures, complying with property policies and updating safety manuals. Each quarter preventative maintenance schedules are reviewed and updated to insure implementation of maintenance projects and for budgeting purposes.
Louie holds certificates in pneumatic controls, boiler repair and maintenance, energy management action, unit packages, and asbestos abatement; all certified by Honeywell, Johnson, and/or Trane.
He currently holds systems maintenance administrator (SMA®) and American Society Heating And Cooling Engineers Supervisor/Contractor designation by Builders, Owners, and Managers Institute (BOMA). Additionally, Louie carries a Class A Contractor License with the City of El Paso and he has a diploma in advanced Locksmith .
