BREM is looking for - Facility Manager

SEEKING STRONG, EXPERIENCED, TAKE-CHARGE COMMERCIAL FACILITY MANAGER to manage the daily operations of commercial office building(s).

The Facility Manager will be focused on the daily operations, managing commercial buildings, will support the day-to-day implementation of policies, procedures and programs that will assure a well-managed, well maintained building. Facility Manager will assist with management of capital improvement projects within the facility.
 
To be a successful BREM team member, you should have:
  • A BA in Business Administration, Real Estate, Accounting/Finance or related field
  • 5+ years of directly relevant Commercial Real Estate Property Management experience
  • Experience with building systems in high-rise facilities.
  • A strong working knowledge of MS Programs and Yardi Voyager
  • Experience with construction projects, to include bidding, reviewing pricing, awarding and overseeing the work.
  • Strong and effective communication skills and exceptional people skills
  • The ability to prioritize, multi-task, and have excellent organizational skills, be able to work under pressure and display exemplary time management skills
